- Locations are predominantly in and around Capital Cities. Some regional options are also available
- Off the Plan Units & Townhouses - boutique blocks ideally less than 30 units, with the odd exception. Townhouse gated communities can have larger clusters
- House & Land Packages - all-inclusive complete turn-key in new estates or in-filled sites (small sub-divisions in existing suburbs)
- Dual-occupancy Properties - "duplex" and "dual-occupancy" type properties to generate two rental incomes from the one house-and-land package
