As a native of the USA I hired the services of Tandem Uehling PropertyUSA when I decided to move to Australia and didn’t want to sell my property but rent it for cash flow instead. Over six years on now and I can happily say that we are receiving net cash flow of over 10%. I’m equally excited that we are in a position to begin raising rents as well so this yield will only get better. It’s nice having that monthly cash flow providing me income whilst in retirement.
I met Greg when visiting New York’s Upper West Side when a mutual friend introduced us and presented the fact that Tandem Uehling PropertyUSA offers which may be valuable to my current needs. I am self-employed and have a good amount of funds in my Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF). I’ve accumulated the money over time and have been very conservative with how these funds are invested. The North Dallas market has been extremely tight with very little supply. Properties like mine are a goldmine. I’m just wishing I could afford another one in the same place since I have additional capital needing to be invested. I’m hoping Greg’s new fund will be the answer so I can comingle my assets with others to own more of a great thing.

I discovered Tandem Uehling PropertyUSA via a simple Google search. My fiancé and I had a couple of properties in Atlanta that were not producing the way they were supposed to. By the time we sold our positions, we were at breakeven however, with the exchange in the US and Aussie dollar, we actually made money.
